Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery is free on all our kits, monthly subscriptions and gift subscriptions. If you order supplies on their own, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. Once your order has been dispatched you can expect it within one to three working days, and you will receive a tracking link by email.

If you need your order sooner, faster delivery with DPD or Royal Mail Next Working Day is available at checkout for an extra charge.

Christmas 2026

To receive physical products before Christmas, please order by 18 December 2026. Digital products can be ordered up to Christmas Day.

Monthly subscriptions and gift subscriptions

Each month's kit is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 with free delivery. Gift subscriptions start once the recipient has redeemed their gift code, and their kits are then sent each month for the length of the gift.

Problems with a delivery

If your parcel has not arrived, or something is missing or damaged, please email us at hello@myminimaker.com and we will put it right.
