Refund policy

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order and return items within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with any sealed bags unopened. To start a return, email hello@myminimaker.com with your order number before sending anything back. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, to your original payment method.

Damaged, faulty or missing items

Please check your kit when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or missing, email hello@myminimaker.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or give you a refund. You do not need to return the faulty item unless we ask.

Monthly subscriptions

You can skip a month, change your kit or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by emailing us. Please do this before your next payment date so you are not charged for the next kit. Kits that have already been charged and sent are covered by the returns rules above.

Gift subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are paid in advance. You can cancel a gift subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the gift code has not been redeemed. For any other questions about a gift, please email hello@myminimaker.com.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
